About EquiFitness

EquiFitness was founded to address the unique needs of equine athletes and their riders. By integrating advanced therapeutic techniques such as equine massage, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, vibration therapy, and tailored strength and conditioning programs, EquiFitness helps horses move more freely, reduce biomechanical restrictions, and build the strength needed for long-term wellness. Our approach is rooted in science and customized for every horse to ensure optimal care and results.


About Empower Wellness Collective

Empower Wellness Collective is dedicated to promoting health and balance for human athletes, especially equestrian riders. Through yoga, physical therapy, and specialized wellness programs, we provide tools to enhance strength, stability, and coordination via evidence-based practices. Our goal is to empower individuals to feel strong, resilient, and confident both in and out of the saddle.


Meet the Owner

I’m Dr. Abby Share, the owner and driving force behind EquiFitness and Empower Wellness Collective. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and a Certified Equine Massage and Rehab Therapist, I bring a unique blend of expertise in both equine and human biomechanics. My passion is helping equestrians and their horses perform at their best by addressing movement challenges and promoting strength and wellness. This work stems from years of experience, both in the field and as an advocate for holistic, evidence-based care.
